By combining the functions of creasing and folding in a single compact unit, Morgana has provided a highly productive, easy to use mobile finishing center that is equally effective with digital output or with heavy cross - grained stocks printed by conventional means and laminated stocks. The DigiFold needed to combine Morgana’s proven creasing technology with a new way of folding that minimized the possibility of marking or scratching even the most sensitive materials. Speed increases when running smaller stocks and is achieved by creasing the sheet without stopping it, yet maintaining an accuracy of +/- 0.1mm. This speed is maintained irrespective of the number of creases being applied to the sheet.
